Work Flow Cycle

To maintain an easy working situation we follow a work cycle that keeps everyone on the same page.

Every project we do goes into our portfolio! If we are not proud enough to put your project in our portfolio, we will not ask you to accept it!


Pre Development

Information Collection Pre-Development Stage: This face to face meeting usually takes less than an hour.

During this consultation we will collect some information from you.

Once we have the minimum of required materials, we will begin the development of your website.


Development

Development Once Pre-Development information is successfully gathered, we will begin the creative process. We will create a web site design for you based on your specifications on our server – out of general public / search engines view. Once the framework, design and navigation are in place, we will then populate the new site with the information you have provided. When we feel the site is ready for review, we will submit the site design to you for review.

Once you are able to review the site, you are then able to submit a round of design/content edits or minor additions to the site. We will then perform the changes and resubmit site to you for approval. The process then repeats itself, until you feel satisfied that the site has met your requirements and feel ready to give your approval for launch.

When submitting design or content changes, please allow 24 / 48 hours for the change to take place.


Go Live

Go Live Once we receive an email or a written sign off from you that the site is complete, meaning that you are satisfied with the work done and are now ready to “Go Live”, we will submit your site to the search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc), and site becomes officially “live” to the outside world.
